A 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE WHEN RESERVATIONS ARE MADE. BALANCE IS DUE IN FULL 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. FOR STAYS OF LESS THAN ONE WEEK THE ENTIRE BOOKING FEE WILL BE TAKEN WHEN THE RESERVATION IS MADE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservation deposits will be refunded, less 15% surcharge of the total amount of the booking if reservations are cancelled at least 30 days prior to occupancy.
Guests are urged to purchase vacation cancellation insurance.
Refunds will not be given for reservations that are cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
